At Fish & Fries on the Muntplein, we serve the genuine article: Vleminckx Flemish fries, prepared exactly the way they've been made at the Voetboogstraat since 1957. Every batch is cut fresh, fried once at low temperature to cook through, rested, then fried again at high heat for that signature crunch.
