Great fried fish starts with great fish. We use fresh Atlantic cod — firm, white, and flaky — filleted and battered by hand right at our counter on the Muntplein.
Our batter is light and crispy, made to let the fish shine through. No heavy coatings, no soggy bottoms. Every piece is fried individually to order — you'll hear it sizzling when we drop it in.
Served in our signature blue box alongside Vleminckx fries and your choice of sauces. Tartar sauce is the classic pairing, but our house mayo is a close second.
